Out of the blue I started to click around on the About Flash Screen and suddenly this showed up 
Since I see the pic of Mike Downey (ex product manager for Flash) I assume that the pictures there are from the development and product team of Flash.
I remind myself of the easteregg on flash MX2004 where you had to click on the little Macromedia i dot to play some games
